It meets the editorial transparency requirements recommended by Google (E-E-A-T).

1. Who writes on this site

All editorial content (articles, guides, glossary, case studies) is written under the responsibility of the Joeffrey Costa Matos, President and founder of IMPRIMTONJEU SASU.

  • Function: President, Director of Publication
  • Experience: Founder of Essentials in 2019 (Bretagne), then of IMPRIMTONJEU SASU in 2025 (Charente). 7 years of manufacturing of custom-made B2B games.

2. Our Field Experience

Articles published on this site are based on exclusively on our manufacturer experience, supplemented by the public sources listed below.

  • We actually manufacture : workshop based in Charente, ESAT partners for assembly, BAT physicals on each project.
  • We work with 1000+ B2B projects of which Enedis, SNCF, Bordeaux Métropole, Veolia, AFLD, Red Cross, Nathan, Bordas, Keolis. our achievements.
  • Our numbers come from our actual accounts (volume, deadlines, success rates, types of finish) over the period 2019-2026.
  • Our feedback ("70 % of projects die in stage 8", "ROI Kirkpatrick measured on 33 cases") are the result of anonymized internal observations, never invented.

3. Sources and references

When we quote a number, standard or study that does not come from our internal experience, we rely on verifiable public sources:

  • Standards and Certifications: Official texts EN71, FSC, PEFC, Code of Intellectual Property (Legislation).
  • Studies B2B: Bersin by Deloitte (training), Kirkpatrick Partners (ROI formation), Forrester, McKinsey when publicly accessible.
  • INSEE / Bpifrance / France Num for macro figures (enterprises, sectors, employment).
  • Specialized publications in the game and training sector: Strategies, La Rélame, Le Hub de La Poste, Cadre & Directant Magazine.

When a statistic is cited, we indicate its source in the body of the article. If a source is not indicated, it is a proprietary data from our workshop.

4. Fact-checking process

Each published article follows the following process before posting:

  1. Editorial brief written by Joeffrey Costa Matos with angle, sources and key points.
  2. First drafting by Joeffrey, sometimes assisted by AI tools (see section 5).
  3. Verification of encrypted data against internal (workshop, CRM) or external (public bodies).
  4. Quality review (spelling, consistency, tone).
  5. Publication with original date and author clearly assigned in the end of article block.

5. Use of Assistive AI

In full transparency: we use artificial intelligence tools to assist (especially Claude d'Anthropic) in specific editorial tasksunder the systematic control of a human.

AI helps us mainly to:

  • Structure a plan from a brief.
  • Reword a paragraph to improve clarity.
  • Check spelling and coherence.
  • Generate variants of securities or meta-descriptions for the SEO.
  • Suggest internal links Articles.

What AI does not do:

  • Invent a number, statistic, study or quote.
  • Describe a customer experience or know-how that we don't really have.
  • Write content without final human validation.

Any content published on this site, whether produced with or without AI, is reread, validated and signed by Joeffrey Costa Matos before publication. Editorial responsibility is human and integral.

6. Update Policy

Our articles are not frozen. We update them when:

  • Regulations are evolving (e.g. EN71, GDPR, copyright).
  • A statistics cited is replaced by a more recent data.
  • A client case study is added or enriched.
  • A user return indicates an inaccuracy.

The date of last modification is indicated on each item (field dateModified in the Schema.org markup).

7. Corrections and reports

If you find a factual error, missing source or outdated information about one of our articles, write to us at joeffrey@ecoessentials.fr specify the URL and the passage concerned. We correct within 7 working days and indicate the date of update.

8. Editorial independence

Craft Your Games is a SASU owned by its founder. No advertiser, no trading partner, no outside investor has any control over editorial content. The opinions expressed (on China, on the missed Kickstarter, on the team-building escape games, etc.) are ours and reflect our experience as a European B2B manufacturer B2B.
