What is the minimum volume for custom pawns and chips?
From1 unique prototype To validate your concept. Economic scales: 50, 500, 1,000, 5,000 and up to 50,000 copies. Small series (50 to 500) are passed digitally in our workshop Brittany; from 1,000 copies, the Angoulême volume screen printing becomes more profitable.
What materials for personalized pawns and chips?
Wood (beech, maple, oak) FSC or PEFC certified, recycled plastic (ABS, bio-based PLA), metal (lace, aluminum). The wood accepts laser engraving or screen printing; the plastic accepts screen printing or stamping; the metal accepts fine laser engraving and knocks (quote chips).
What forms do you propose?
Meeple (silhouette character), classic pion cylindrical or cap, Animals (dog, cat, rabbit, dinosaur), pictograms (heart, star, house), tokens Round, square or hexagonal. Cuts shape to the extent possible (wood or plastic) from your vector file.
What are the manufacturing lead times?
Prototype: 7 to 10 working days. Standard production run: 3 to 5 weeks. Express is possible on conditions. Time limits vary according to volume, material, shape (custom cut) and marking technique.
Are your pieces EN71 compliant and eco-responsible?
Yes. All our toy and tokens meet the standard EN71 (physical, mechanical and chemical safety). FSC or PEFC certified wood, recycled plastics, inks and varnishes free of petroleum solvents. 100% French manufacturing which drastically cuts transport footprint. See our CSR commitments.
